GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, (i.e. the delivery date), if merchandise is unused, unwashed, and in original condition for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). However, personalized items (i.e.monogrammed items) may not be returned.
Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them.
SHIPMENT
Orders usually ship within two weeks of placing the order. However, during the Christmas season, lead times are 4 to 6 weeks. We will notify you
by E-mail if there will be a delay in your shipment.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In spite of our best efforts to fulfill each order perfectly, occasionally human error occurs during the packing of an order. Should this happen, please contact us immediately at sales@minkydinkdesigns.com so that we may have the opportunity to correct our error in a timely fashion with as little inconvenience as possible to you.
CREATE YOUR OWN/CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders placed in the Create Your Own sections of our web site are made specifically for you by the manufacturer, and your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. There is a 25% restocking fee for return of custom order merchandise.
SALES TAX
Purchases shipped to Texas residents will be charged 8.25% state sales tax.
PRIVACY POLICY
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.
We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with out side parties.
Minky Dink Designs will not under any circumstances share your name, address, telephone number or email address with any third party without your permission. We respect your privacy, and use this information only to process your order.
